Situated on the Mossel Bay peninsula with ocean views to the North and South, the project involved designing 10 apartments making the most of the views whilst being respectful to the residential context of the site. By splitting the plan into two distinct buildings, northern light is guaranteed for every unit and the bulky aspect is minimised to better fit the Linkside area. Block 1 complements Bruns Street's neighbourhood streetscape by including only four units on two levels. Block 2, which is pressed against the site's southern edge, has six units spread across three stories and offers breathtaking views of the ocean to the south.
