Perched on a steep incline the site had many constraints with a designated disturbance area and a 6m height restriction. Regardless, the project did not let a good view go to waste with vistas over the whole of Mossel Bay. The lower ground floor functions as a separate unit and can be rented out. Stone excavated from the site was used to clad the plinth wall of the building reusing available material.
